One of the many things in Kiboko was to make masks and write journal entries about them. When I completed my task, I realized the meaning of the mask. First, my mask is divided into 3 sections, with various colors. Like Africa , it is very diverse and I am representing how each of us are different and we come from different parts of one area. Each color represents a different neighborhood and the conjunction of it is New York . In conclusion, my mask is a visual representation of how our country is joined together with many other cultures and places in comparison to the tribes of Africa .
